How to Place Your Order:

Wherever possible, please place your order online.  We can also accept orders by telephone but online orders are given priority, particularly during our busy back-to-school period of July to September.

CHECKOUT

When placing an order online, please select your preferred delivery option.

Your options are:
School Delivery or Home Delivery.

School deliveries are free and usually take place once a week.  Select the name of your school at checkout.  If requesting a school delivery, it is important you give your child’s name and class at checkout.  If this is a new starter who has not yet started, please also mention this.

The current cost of home delivery is £4.50 irrespective of value or size of package.  For small value orders, you may wish to combine with other parents at school.

Sizing/Fitting:

Our website provides sizing information wherever possible but you are welcome to call us for extra guidance.

New Starters:

Where possible, Kids-Biz will produce special paperwork with guidance and order dates.  This is usually distributed by your school with your welcome pack and a copy will also be published on the school’s page of our website.

Other Kids-Biz Items:

Apart from your recommended school specials, we have a wide range of general uniform, sportswear and accessories which you are welcome to purchase online.  Your school page shows which of our items are suitable for use at school and which compliment your uniform. These can also be included in any school deliveries, where applicable.
