Prices shown on the Webshop are inclusive of VAT.. In the case of children's garments, the prices will be shown with zero tax.
Carriage is charged at £3.95 unless you select one of our FREE carriage options. Carriage is free if your order is collected from our Lightwater unit or if your child attends one of the schools where we offer a free weekly delivery service .
Once you have selected your product(s) from our website, click on the Add to Cart button, first ensuring you have completed any sizing or colour options. You are then given the opportunity to continue shopping or to go immediately to Checkout. You can return to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on the Cart symbol at the top right of the webpage. You are also given the opportunity to cancel an item or amend the quantity required.
Create an Account
Once you have completed your purchase(s), you will be offered a box with various account options. You do not need to create an account to make a purchase from the Kids-Biz website. In this case, simply select the "Checkout as Guest" option and proceed to the payment stage. For regular purchases it will be beneficial to register your details with us as this will save you time and also collate your orders. It is important that you enter a valid email address as this will be the method we use to communicate with you.
Credit and debit card payments on our website are handled via our payment provider, SagePay and are totally secure. If you do not wish to pay by card, or your card details are not accepted, you can still place an order with us by telephone or by calling into our unit at Click & Collect Store at Lightwater - for further details.
Cards currently accepted on our website are: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. There will soon be an option for you to pay via Paypal.
Once your order has been accepted by our payment providers, you will receive an automatic email from us confirming the details of your order. Please check this carefully. If you need to make an amendment, please email us immediately. If there are any stock problems or queries, you will be contacted via email so please check your emails regularly, including any spam folders. You will receive several emails from us - one to confirm your order and one when your order has been packed and is ready for despatch.
Delivery times are dependant upon the type of product ordered, the quantity required and whether or not you have requested any customising. For plain stock you can expect your product to be despatched within 3-4 days, but this will often be quicker. At Back-To-School time of mid/end August, please allow a few additional days. If your order is urgent, please make a note in the Delivery Instructions Box and we will do our very best to speed up your order, provided the item is in stock. For items which are out-of-stock, or need to be specially produced, you will be advised by email of the likely delivery time. If this is not acceptable to you, you will always be given the opportunity to cancel your order.
Small orders are shipped by Royal Mail First or Second Class or MyHermes. This takes between 1/4 days from despatch (UK customers) and may require a signature on delivery. European orders are sent via Royal Mail Airsure (where available) - a fast, secure & reliable service offering priority handling both in the UK and abroad.
For larger or valuable orders, we use our overnight courier service (DPD). These deliveries are fully insured to protect against damage or loss. Tracking numbers may be supplied upon request and DPD will send you tracking information by email with an option to change your delivery day and location.
For schools operating our Schemes for Schools programme, delivery may be to school. Please check your school page for further information. If you prefer a home delivery, this option is available for a small charge.
We make every effort to ensure that images displayed on our website are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee an exact colour match to the product as displayed on your screen. Colours are to be considered a guide only.
