Lightwater Showroom
If you are unsure of sizing for your uniform or wish to view our extensive collection of general uniform including dresses, trousers & accessories, you are welcome to visit our new outlet. Please follow the link at Lightwater Click & Collect for opening hours and directions. For a full fitting, you may prefer to book an appointment.
Delivery Cost
Delivery of your order is free provided we deliver to school on one of our regular visit or you use our Click & Collect service. For further details on our collect facility - follow the link at : Lightwater Click & Collect.
Order Confirmation
Once your order has been accepted, you will receive an automatic order confirmation by email. If you do not receive this, please check the email address which you gave us. Please also check your Spam folder.
Delivery Arrangements
For stock items we will normally deliver into school at least once a week. You will receive an email from us advising when your order is ready for collection at school. For urgent orders, you may prefer to use our Click & Collect Showroom at Lightwater. If an item is out of stock, you will be advised of this situation by email.
Payment
Payment options are offered via Opayo (formerly SagePay), our payment provider: and we accept a wide variety of debit and credit cards including American Express (online only). We also take card details over the telephone - if this is required, please call 01276 300120 to place your order however at back to school time (July to September) please order online wherever possible.
Returns / Exchanges
Please leave at the School Office marked for Kids-Biz with a note explaining the reason for your return or exchange. It would be helpful if you could quote your Order ID Number or return with the original paperwork. You can also leave any returns or exchanges at our Click & Collect Showroom in Lightwater. If you require an exchange urgently, please email details to webshop@kidsbiz.co.uk or call into our Lightwater outlet. There is also a returns box outside our unit where returns can be left out of hours.
